I've had Water Cloud Irrigation make repairs to my residential sprinkler system on 3 occasions within the last year. The office team was prompt in replying to my request for service and were able to schedule visits for the next day or two or on days that were most convenient for me. Each of the repairs were for water line breaks. Miguel lead the last 2 visits with 1 other technician. They quickly found the break in the line, dug it out, and replaced the damaged pipe and remade the electrical connections. They were careful to retain the sod before digging the holes for the repair. After verifying the repair and proper operation of my irrigation system, they filled in the hole, smoothed over the ground, and replaced the sod. Very good job! I hope I don't have a water line break again, but if I do then I'll definitely call Water Cloud Irrigation Service to fix it.

I just had a full system (9 zones) installed at my home and everything went great. I originally got quotes from 6 different companies, some of which were not at all competitive - Water Cloud was very competitive on price and provided a great system. Edgar did my original quote and worked with me from start to finish. I was especially impressed with how well the team kept me informed of how everything was going and was always quick to respond to me on any questions / issues I might have (other companied did not show anywhere near this level of communication, which is what really made the decision for me). Even though this was a really big job, their team got it done in one day - even staying a bit late to get everything completed. Fantastic work - I would recommend to anyone looking for sprinkler installs or repairs!

This is the most comprehensive residential Water Irrigation company I've ever worked with. They are thorough, can provide detailed documentation on notes issues they see. The customer will be able to evaluate/understand their solutions for each water zone on your property. Water Cloud was able to dissect leakage issues and even recommend a plan when knowing another team will do the actual work.

Very rude customer service. I was calling to get information pertaining to the apartment and looking to set up a tour. Answering agent who claimed to be the assistant manager Martha said that if I was calling for a Market Survey I could just say so. When I told her I was in the apartment leasing business and these were just general questions that I had she said I could just say if I was interested or not. Martha was very rude and unprofessional. I was hung up on several times. When asked to speak to manager above her it was stated that she was not available. Asked for email to contact her manager she denied it as well. I do not recommend these apartments if this is the way they treat future residents.
